Gondelbahn Serles

Lift closed

The 2,717-metre-high Serles, known as the "High Altar of Tirol", is a popular mountain close to Innsbruck and is surrounded by thick forests and lush meadows. The bottom of the cable car leading up onto this mountain, whic forms part of the Stubai Alps, can be found in the village of Mieders. At the top visitors can look forward to a large network of hiking and mountain biking trails or whizz back down into the valley on the summer toboggan run. There are also several huts and mountain restaurants serving local food and offering fabulous views of the surrounding region.
