Mountain railway Gondelbahn Serles

Mieders

The 2,717-metre-high Serles, the "high altar of Tyrol", is a popular excursion destination and local recreation area, easily accessible from the Tyrolean capital. From Mieders, the modern gondola lift takes passengers right into the heart of the Stubai Alps at the foot of the Serles. There are numerous leisure and sports activities for all ages.

We recommend because:

  • the fast-paced summer toboggan run blows the wind in your face
  • rustic alpine huts offer wonderful views from sun terraces
  • three lakes in the Serlespark invite you to play in the water

High season: (28.06. to 31.08.) until 5 p.m., Sat, Sun and public holidays until 6 p.m. when the toboggan run is open
Low season: (until 27.05. and 01.09. to 26.10.) until 4.30 p.m., Sat, Sun and public holidays until 5 p.m. when the toboggan run is open
Fall (from 27.10.) until 4 p.m.
