The Marienbergbahn is a chairlift divided into two sections. The first starts in the village of Biberwier and leads up onto the Marienbergjoch ridge with its fabulous views of the Zugspitz Arena. Visitors who continue all the way up to the top on the second section of the chairlift can look forward to many ´hiking, walking and mountainbiking trails as well as cosy huts such as the Marienbergalm serving delicious food. The mid-way station of the Marienbergbahn chairlift is the starting point of the 1,300m summer toboggan run winding its way back down into the valley. An unforgettable experience for all the family!
