Mountain railway Sonnalmbahn

This chairlift begins in the centre of Berwang and leads up into the heart of the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena, a haven for hikers and bikers in the summer months. Up at the top visitors can look forward to great views of the Lechtal Alps and the area around the Zugspitze mountain. The top station of the Sonnalmbahn is the starting point for a wide range of walks, hikes and mountainbike rides.
