Covering around 80 m², the duplex hideaway offers two quiet bedrooms, an elegant bathroom with walk-in rain shower, and an open-plan living/dining area that leads directly onto the sun terrace. Golf hotspot within easy reach Golfers are spoiled for choice: three courses are located within a maximum of five minutes' drive – two 9-hole courses and an 18-hole championship course. Perfect connections: The bus stop is right outside the front door – in ten minutes you are in the center of Innsbruck. Meanwhile, your car is safely parked in the reserved parking space and can recharge at our e-charging station. Whether you want to conquer the ski slopes, climb the Glungezer, improve your handicap, or discover Innsbruck's old town – here you can combine alpine nature, urban flair, and sustainable comfort for your very own Tyrolean experience. Further important information Important note – not barrier-free The apartment is spread over two floors: the bedroom and bathroom area on the first floor is only accessible via a spiral staircase. Unfortunately, the accommodation is therefore not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
