The fitness trail in Navis starts just behind the Schranzberg car park (fee required), from where you follow the forest path along the rushing stream towards the end of the valley to the Aue alpine pasture area.
The area is located on a flat open meadow and comprises 21 stations with small information boards. One after the other, you can train various key areas (concentration, balance, strength, endurance, speed and stretching) with the help of instructions.
