Description

This pilgrimage church is closely connected to the lords of Fügen Castle. The Fieger family, who owned the castle in Fügen since 1651, had the church built on Marienberg.

In 1721, the construction was completed. The Bishop of Brixen, Ignaz von Künigl, consecrated the chapel "Of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception."
