Veranstaltung artacts – Festival for jazz and improvised music

artacts has been opening the European jazz festival season in Tyrol for 25 years. This year's edition once again promises a refreshingly avant-garde repertoire.

For three days, St. Johann in Tirol is once again the center of jazz and improvisational music. Musicians from Austria and abroad are expected to attend the small but exquisite artacts festival. Newcomers as well as established musicians, existing ensembles and projects put together especially for the festival will be playing. The focus is on free jazz and sound experiments. However, with "Lauschen und Plauschen", a concert especially for babies and toddlers is also on the program. The festival starts with an exhibition opening and a cello concert on March 5 at 7 pm in the gallery of the market town.
