On the evening of 11 April, Ischgl invites you to the exclusive dine.around, a culinary highlight as part of Spring Blanc. Several restaurants awarded with Gault & Millau toques will open their doors, giving you the opportunity to experience the region's finest gourmet restaurants in one evening. The speciality: Each course of the menu is served in a different top restaurant. From the starter to the main course to the dessert – you embark on an enjoyable journey through Ischgl's gourmet cuisine. You will be accompanied by the renowned chefs, who will give you exclusive insights into their philosophy and passion.
This gourmet evening unfolds across four stations, with each restaurant presenting two courses. The event highlights the culinary diversity of Ischgl and the expertise of its award-winning chefs.
Starting Point: Fliana Gourmet at Hotel Fliana
A short walk leads to the second station: Juler’s Pop-up by Gunther Döberl at Hotel Solaria
A shuttle service will then transport you to the third station: Paznaunerstube & Heimatbühne at Trofana Royal
The evening concludes at the fourth station, reached on foot: Schlossherrnstube at Schlosshotel
To round off the night, the Schlosshotel Bar hosts a meet & greet, featuring an exclusive champagne cocktail.
