Event Girls Shred Session

a day full of freestyle and good vibes

Description

The Girls Shred Session on 03.07.2027 is meant to serve as inspiration and a platform where ladies of all ages come together to conquer the park, make progress, and simply feel comfortable in the park.
United female power should not be underestimated – in addition to many learnings, the Girls Shred Sessions are also there to find new connections and friends for life.
On the day itself, we will start together with a functional warm-up, afterwards we will go straight into smaller groups for coaching. Professional female coaches will be available to you – and the motto is: “don’t be shy, we’re here to help!” From the first steps in the park to more complex tricks: The coaches are there to support you with advice and assistance, can give you demos, and help with your freestyle experience.
We all know that it takes many hours to refine tricks, but with relevant and personal tips, development often goes faster. Individual and effective feedback, patience, and a fine community are the keys to that.
Look forward to really good vibes and step-by-step progression as you learn new tricks in the park safely and motivated. A professional media team will be there to capture all exciting moments and highlights, which can later be shared with your support crew and the online world.
If you're into good vibes, freestyle, and personal progression with many other lovely girls, you definitely shouldn’t miss the Girls Shred Sessions Ehrwald! A park day filled with girls' power is coming up, and we are excited to spend it with you!
