15 kilometers and 1,350 vertical meters are covered during the traditional hiking event from Obergurgl to Vent. The focus is not only on physical activity, but above all on enjoying the Ötztal glacier world. However, participants should be sure-footed and have a head for heights for this communal hiking adventure.

The Glacier Flea March starts between 6 and 7.30 am at the village square in Obergurgl. Refreshments are available after 3 to 4 hours at the Ramolhaus at around 3,000 m. Those who reach the finish in Vent by 4 p.m. - and have passed the checkpoints at the Ramolhaus, Ramoljoch and Langeben - receive the Glacier Flea Gold badge. There will then be a celebration at the finish.
