Description

With Honeydrop, a newly formed jazz trio takes the stage, dedicated to the traditional sound of the genre while simultaneously adding its own unmistakable note. A sound that comes from the depths: clear, swinging, and carried by a palpable inner attitude. Stylistically, the trio moves in the spirit of classic jazz – melodic, rhythmically precise, and focused on the essentials. The minimalist lineup creates a special intensity. Without sonic excess, a transparent structure emerges, where every nuance becomes audible. Pauses gain meaning, subtleties tell their own stories, and small gestures unleash a big impact. Christoph Kuntner (guitar), Flo Hupfauf (bass), Max Schrott (drums)
