Getting to know Going, discovering stories, and taking home real insider tips!

Did you know that copper and silver were once mined at Rerobichl? Or from which place the famous "Kaiserkopf" can be particularly well recognized? During our local tour, you will learn interesting, surprising facts and many stories about Going.

Together with our chairman, you will stroll through the town, discover special places, and receive personal tips for your vacation. You will not only learn interesting things about the history and life in Going but also which places and experiences you should not miss during your holiday days at the Wilden Kaiser.

This way, you will get to know Going from its personal side and start your vacation week well informed with many tips and new impressions.

Registration: by 5:00 p.m. the day before online or at a tourism info center in the Wilder Kaiser region
Participants: at least 1 person, maximum 30 people
Price with Wilder Kaiser guest card: Free only during the JÄNNERPlus period and only for guests with a Wilder Kaiser guest card
Requirements: sturdy footwear and drink
Hiking time: approx. 2.5 hours | approx. 3.8 km
Duration: from 9:45 a.m. to approx. 12:00 p.m.
Meeting point: Tourism Info Going, Dorfstraße 36, 6353 Going
Period: selected dates in January and March

You will receive the Wilder Kaiser guest card for free upon arrival at your accommodation in the towns of Going, Ellmau, Scheffau, and Söll. This must be presented at the meeting point. Participation in the program is at your own risk. The TVB assumes no responsibility for the program. Subject to change!
