Every year, crowds of onlookers gather to watch the spectacle as Krampuses and Perchten, wearing their eerie masks, parade through Innsbruck’s Old Town and the Christmas markets. The Advent season really comes to life during the Krampus parades and St. Nicholas’s procession in Innsbruck: Krampus and Perchten, wearing eerie masks, parade through the Old Town and across the Christmas markets, giving everyone plenty of goosebumps.
