Event Nordkette Wetterleuchten Festival

Good music and so close to the sky: the Wetterleuchten electronic festival on the Nordkette high above Innsbruck is very popular for good reason. Anyone who has ever danced up there won't forget it in a hurry.

Description

Up to 1,100 young and young-at-heart fans of electronic and alternative music meet at this festival on the Nordkette at 2,000 meters above sea level. Surrounded by a fantastic mountain backdrop on the Seegrube, people chill out, dance, party and camp. Local and international DJs and artists perform on two festival days. El Muerto, the DJ duo Pulsinger & Irl and One Ticket To The Moon have already taken part.

The festival has a long tradition. It was the joint idea of Berthold Schwan and Chris Martinek in 2001. Warm clothing is recommended, as it takes place in all weathers.
