Description

Running enthusiasts, from beginners to fit professionals, can burn off energy on the "Paznaun Ischgl Ultra Trail" and enjoy the unique landscape along the Paznaun High Trail. There are five different routes to choose from with a common finish in Ischgl, as well as a charity run and a children's run, with awards and prize money awaiting the winners (teams).

The PIUT 100 route for trail running specialists covers 100 kilometers and 6,300 vertical meters from See to Ischgl. Slightly less far, but just as challenging, is the PIUT 85 with 85 kilometers and 5,200 vertical meters from See. The 50-kilometre route involves 3,100 vertical meters from Kappl, the 30-kilometre route starting in Galtür involves 2,500 vertical meters and the PIUT 20 takes runners up 1,300 vertical meters in Ischgl.

If you want to gain your first trail experience, you can try out the "PIUT TEN", which is only 10 km and has an altitude difference of 100 meters. Participants are also doing something good here: their entry fees will be donated to a regional charity project. Children can also take part. At the "PIUT Kids Run", even the little ones can celebrate great successes.

At the Expo area on Silvrettaplatz in Ischgl, exhibitors will be showing what's new in the trail running industry and spectators will find music and refreshments at every start and finish point.
