Event Sunrise on the Zugspitze

Description

All early risers can take the Tyrolean Zugspitze Railway to the Zugspitze summit before dawn. With a hearty breakfast (buffet) in the panorama summit restaurant, you can watch as the day slowly awakens and, in good weather, see the sun flash its first rays over the peaks. With a bit of luck regarding the weather, one can experience one of the most beautiful natural spectacles. Hikers can then start their tour, freshly energized.

• Adults: € 105.00 per person
• Children (12-18 years) accompanied by parents: € 53.00
• Children (6-11 years) accompanied by parents: € 34.00 per person

Service: Mountain and valley ride with the Tyrolean Zugspitze Railway (Summit Ticket "Zugspitze Experience"), breakfast buffet at the panorama summit restaurant plus admission to all museums of the Tyrolean Zugspitze Railway

Prices for Breakfast Only (for holders of one of the mentioned valid cable car cards)

• Adults (12 years and older): € 39.00 per person
• Children (6-11 years) accompanied by parents: € 20.00 per person

Information:

• Operating times of the Tyrolean Zugspitze Railway before sunrise as needed, after sunrise every 30 min. until 8.00 am. From 8.40 am in 20-minute intervals; Bavarian Glacier Railway operating no earlier than 8.15 am
• Early reservation and advance payment required!
• Breakfast until 9.00 am
• Restaurant operations until 9.00 am only for guests with breakfast reservations.
• Cable car ticket office open 30 minutes before the first mountain ride on the event day.
• The rides take place in all weather conditions!
• Valid tickets for the ascent with the Tyrolean Zugspitze Railway: Tirol Regio Card, Z-Ticket, Annual Top Snow Card, persons entitled to free rides.
