THE DEVASTATION From destruction comes creation Founded in February 2025 by Demetra Cartsos with the desire to create overwhelmingly powerful music, “The Devastation” soon stepped out of their mysterious band cellar into the spotlight. Celebrated as “Vienna’s youngest metal band,” they quickly proved that their musical abilities, sound, and lyrics far exceed their age. With their victory at the U20-Podium-WienXtra band competition on May 5, 2025, during their very first live performance, Demetra Cartsos (lead vocals, rhythm guitar, songwriter), Felix Habermann (lead guitar, songwriter), Theo Knittel (drums), and Liara Pühringer (bass) impressed once again. Known for their energetic live shows and storytelling, they performed in Viennese clubs (Flex, Viper Room, Escape Metal Corner, Rhiz, Szene Wien, Gasometer) as well as at festivals like Doom over Vienna, Dunkelhate VII, Blasphemy over Villach, and Metalnight Ternitz. With 1st place at the Area53 band competition 2026 and 2nd place at the Planet Festival Tour 2026, Austria's largest band competition, they demonstrated that their heavy darkness is impossible to overlook. With performances at the Area53 Festival and the Danube Island Festival 2026, they shared some of the biggest stages in Austria with big names like Avatar and Arch Enemy. Influenced by bands such as Black Sabbath, Dio, Angel Witch, Savage Master, and Lucifer, they are developing their own vision of the genre with a dense bass and drum sound, thundering guitars, and powerful, intense vocals. The lyrics deal with the darkness around us and within ourselves and are often inspired by nightmares, mythology, occultism, and political themes. Yet there is always a light that can only be seen when one dives into the darkness. Are you ready to become a Devastator? ENDLESS HARMONY is an Italian metal band led by singer Pamela Perez. Although they are still very young, they have been active in the Italian underground metal scene for a long time, with many live performances and an album, the latest one produced internationally by Pietro Foresti (Korn, Asian Dub Foundation, etc.). Their concerts are uncompromising: tight from start to finish and powerful like dynamite.
