In the retirement home "Seniorenresidenz," the Mother Superior conducts extremely strict governance, under which the residents suffer greatly. Grandma Schönmüller, however, does not want to succumb and defies the stern superior. Only Fatima, the lively Turkish cleaning lady and the good soul of the house, helps the residents survive the daily routine in the retirement home. While Frieda's son Hermann and his greedy wife only want to finally obtain a will, and the granddaughter tries to hide her rocker boyfriend at Grandma's, Frieda and Paula drive the Mother Superior almost to madness with their "games."
