It's all about fine, regional wines: at the Seefeld Winegrowers' Festival, North Tyrolean winegrowers show what their vines are made of. Gourmets and (amateur) sommeliers have the chance to taste their new favorite wine here.
What can North Tyrolean wine do? More than 15 Tyrolean winegrowers show what red and white wines from the finest Tyrolean vines are all about at the winegrowers' festival at the Kurpark in Seefeld. Whether Zweigelt, Pinot Noir, Grüner Veltliner or Chardonnay, gourmets will find a range of varieties to sample. Guest winegrowers from the Baden winegrowing region will also be presenting their varieties at the festival.
The Tyrolean Winegrowers' Association, which has around 84 members and a long winegrowing tradition and a wealth of expertise, is a co-organizer of the wine festival. The association awards prizes for the finest Tyrolean wines at the festival.
Those who don't just want to taste wine can also treat themselves to culinary delights or dance the night away to live music.
