In the inhospitable vastness of the Sahara, he grows up far away from his family, accompanied only by his loyal companion, a young desert fox. When Sun is invited on a journey to the Sahara as part of an award ceremony for her book, she meets the same-aged nomad girl Kharouba there – and soon realizes that the legend of the desert child Hadara is much more than just a simple bedtime story…
