The Wilten Boys' Choir is characterised not only by its traditional Wilten costume, but also by the fine intonation and extraordinary radiance and carrying power of its voices, which can be attributed to a special singing technique developed by Johannes Stecher. The choir's repertoire ranges from sacred works and traditional Alpine folk songs to works by Johann Strauss, Carl Orff, Guiseppe Verdi and Carl Zeller.
