Achensee Kiosk at the Achenkirch Nord bathing area offers snacks, ice cream and coffee with self-service. The menu includes Frankfurter sausages, chips, grilled sausages and ham and cheese toasties. The terrace and seating area at the bathing area are ideal for relaxing. Open daily from early May to around mid-October, from 10:00 to 18:00 (depending on the weather).
Achensee North bathing beach is easy to reach by bus and boat. Take the regional bus (lines 4080 or 390) to the stop "Achenkirch Fischerwirt" or "Achenkirch Alpen Caravan Park". Boats stop at the nearby Scholastika pier. From there, the beach is about 550 metres away and can be reached by a short walk.
