The Bassgeiger Alm near St. Johann in Tirol is a traditional mountain pasture with a long history. Surrounded by meadows and mountains, the alp offers insights into farming and life in the Tyrolean Alps.

The over 700-year-old alpine hut, located at 1050 metres, invites you with its rustic and cosy ambience to linger for wonderful hours with your family and friends. Enjoy the magnificent view of St. Johann and the breathtaking view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Tyrolean mountains!

A real hit in summer is our mountain breakfast from 9 to 11 am: feast to your heart's content surrounded by mountains!
