Description

Highest newcomer in Austria, Chef de Cuisine Marco Gatterer knows how to turn the best products and seasonal ingredients into culinary memories. His kitchen philosophy is accessible and regional, but not national. In order to be able to offer his guests the best products, he also likes to look to France or Japan. Finely tuned tuned flavors and compositions not only taste good to the guests, but also delight their senses. The best craftsmanship, which is creatively implemented with great attention to detail, makes the menus and a stay at the Berggericht a highlight for gourmets. Gatterer stands for haute cuisine in a relaxed setting.

The corresponding wine selection from our expert sommelier and service team will also impress experienced wine lovers. Many new discoveries, old favourites but also imaginative non-alcoholic variations make the drinks accompaniment something very special.

The restaurant in the revovated historic building of the "Altes Finanzamt" in the middle of Kitzbühel's city center offers the perfect setting for an exclusive evening. Lightness and comfort are the focus here. The concept: guests should taste, relax, let go and let themselves fall into a world of the finest aroma compositions.
