Description

Hans Pardeller was the first. In 1934 he started baking good bread in Sterzing. Supported by his wife Rosa and in the heart of the old town. In 1969, his son Robert, together with his wife Margot, took over the bakery business and made it one of the most modern in the whole country.

Looking over the baking tray, tweaking tried and tested recipes to make it better every day is also a point of honour for today's owners, Elisabeth Pardeller and Andreas Fleckinger.
