Our kitchen team delights you with their culinary skills. We place great emphasis on regionality and primarily use local products: wild garlic from Hönig, elderflower and herbs from our garden, meat from local farmers, family recipes, and our passion.
Our head chef Michael is a passionate hunter who regularly supplies fresh game from his own hunts.
You will be served by our athletic head chef Evi, our Cindy, and our head chef Sandra, who are also happy to give you insider tips for hikes, excursions, and bike tours.
