The delicacies: fresh and regional

Sustainably delicious: The processed products in the Zirbenhütte primarily come from farmers in the region. This means short transport routes and thus a more sustainable and environmentally friendly kitchen.

• Each year, about 70 pieces of Grauvieh from Fiss and Ladis are processed.

• The vegetables come from the Innsbruck basin.

• Local fruits from Prutz (Fam. Kofler) and from the fruit cooperative Haiming in the Ötztal.

• The cheese comes from Komperdellalpe and Grinner Alm.

• House-baked bread varieties, as well as bread from the regional bakery Althaler from Serfaus

• “Tiroler Sauerbrunn" water from the healing and mineral water source in Obladis
