Description

At the end of the idyllic alpine paradise in Gaistal, the Hochfeldernalm nestles between lush alpine herb meadows and imposing mountain peaks at 1,732 metres above sea level. In addition to daily freshly prepared Tyrolean delicacies and delicious refreshments on the sun terrace, the active alpineinn also offers hiking and biking guests sleeping accommodations for up to 15 people all year round.

OVERNIGHT STAY
At the Hochfeldernalm there are also two bright and cosy multi-bed rooms available all year round for a total of up to fifteen people. There are communal showers for all and everyone has their own bedding, and half board is available on request. Important: You must bring your own slippers for the night stay. Due to limited capacity, we ask you to book your place by telephone in good time.

STARTING POINT
The ascent to the hut starts directly from the Salzbach parking or the regional bus stop Salzbach in Gaistal. From here the route leads along wide gravel roads (bikeable) through the picturesque Gaistal valley and then more steeply uphill to the Hochfeldernalm. Alternatively, an approach via Ehrwald is possible, either on foot or with the Ehrwald mountain railway.
