Welcome to Hotel Gasthof Post

Our hotel is located in the heart of the Lechtal Valley, right in the center of Elbigenalp and has been passed down from generation to generation since 1926, continuing the hotel tradition. Once (19th century) the house belonged to Queen Marie of Bavaria, the mother of King Ludwig II.

Three bedrooms from that time are still preserved, and the dining room still exudes the charm of that era.
Today, this as well as our restaurant and terrace invite you to a cozy gathering, whether it’s Tyrolean specialties, international cuisine, or delicacies, our kitchen offers a wide selection of dishes.
