Description

The Rodelhütte is situated below the Karwendel Mountains and south of Lake Achensee. It is not only a delight for tobogganenthusiasts, but also a starting point for nature lovers, foodies and hikers. Situated at the foot of the Karwendel Alpine Park and open all year round, the inn offers authentic Tyrolean specialities and a selection of various homemade tarts and cakes.

After a hearty sip of mulled wine and a delicious hut snack, you can take to the naturaltoboggan run – suitable for beginners and experienced tobogganers alike – and head down into the valley on your sledge. During the hut’s opening hours, the toboggan run is illuminated in the evenings. The Rodelhütte also has something to offer hiking enthusiasts in winter – a snowshoe hike allows you to enjoy the magnificent Tyrolean landscape.
