Description

From the mountain station at the Hecherhaus we follow the signs "Kellerjochhütte" in an easterly direction on a beautiful hiking trail. The Kellerjochweg leads south past the Arbeserkogel, then along the wide ridge to the already visible hut. At the end somewhat steeper on the mountain path to the Kellerjochhütte.

The free view without borders keeps our dedicated team alive and open for the wishes of guests and friends from all over the world.

Sky, mountains, vista
Our hut is spectacularly situated on the summit of the Kellerjoch massif (Tuxer Voralpen) with views of the highest Austrian and German mountain peaks, including Großglockner & Zugspitze! The Inn Valley and the Zillertal lie at our feet and at eye level the incomparable 360° panoramic view of the most striking peaks and mountain ranges of the Eastern Alps fascinates us. Simply pure mountain experience!

All paths lead to the Kellerjoch
There are numerous ascents to the hut, from the easy child- and family-friendly hiking trail with lift support to the alpine high trail. Whether you come from the Inn Valley or the Zillertal, the path may sometimes be exhausting, but our hut is always the worthwhile destination!

Silver-Zehner wake-up call
