Thomas sources his milk from Weberhof in Mils. He avoids dyes, preservatives, or flavor enhancers and uses only selected fruits and spices. The result and the satisfied customers confirm him. Simply delicious, and guests face the dilemma of choice with the large and changing offer. In addition to classic varieties like vanilla, strawberry, pistachio, or chocolate, Fabio Valenti also creates specialties such as dark chocolate with orange fragrance, ginger-mint-lime, or apple strudel.
