Restaurant Kaiserkrone - Traditional house with over 500 years of history!

The cuisine of Peter Santifaller not only delights our hotel guests but also attracts numerous locals to our cozy restaurant at Gasthof Kaiserkrone in Elmen in the Lechtal valley. After many years of experience in various restaurant kitchens at Arlberg, in Switzerland, and at sea, Peter Santifaller returned to Elmen and took over the traditional house from 1477 from his parents in 2009.

Since then, his greatest passion has been to bring Kasspatzln, pork roast, onion roast beef, Wiener Schnitzel, Kaiserschmarrn & Co. to perfect, delicious taste.

It is a regional cuisine that fits wonderfully with the nature that enriches and fascinates us every day here in the Lechtal Nature Park.
