Something for everyone, so it is a matter of the heart and a matter of course for us to have a balanced vegan and vegetarian offer in all areas.
Fruit and vegetables are as far as possible from local harvests, and baked goods and pasta come from the surrounding area if we cannot produce them ourselves.
We only buy our meat sustainably from farmer friends from the region such as Florian, Stefan, Lukas, René, Robert or Andi.
At any time of year, we also draw on the colourful diversity of our neighbouring countries.
At Ox & Ehrlich, as many products as possible come from controlled organic cultivation.
