Something for everyone, which makes it a matter close to our hearts and a given to have a balanced vegan and vegetarian offering in all areas.

Fruits and vegetables are ideally sourced from local harvests, and baked goods and dough products come from the surrounding area, unless we can produce them ourselves. Our meat is exclusively sourced sustainably from friends who are farmers in the region, such as Florian, Stefan, Lukas, René, Robert, or Andi.

In every season, we also rely on the colorful variety of our neighboring countries.

At Ox & Ehrlich, as many products as possible come from controlled organic farming.
