An Alpine inn situated at 1,257 metres above sea level above Schwaz, offering a magnificent panoramic view over the Inn Valley. A starting point for hikes and mountain bike rides in summer and tobogganing in winter.
For more than 40 years, owner Ingrid Neuner has been welcoming guests to the cosy Alpine inn ‘Pirchnerast’, situated above the silver town of Schwaz. From the inn’s sun terrace, which lies at an altitude of 1,257 metres above sea level, you can enjoy a stunning view across the Inn Valley. The panoramic view stretches from the Tux and Stubai Alps via Innsbruck to the Karwendel Mountains. The Pirchnerast is also an excellent starting point for your hikes or mountain bike tours around the Kellerjoch.
With a small dining room for 15 and a large dining room for 40 people, the Pirchnerast is also ideal for your family celebrations, club gatherings or company outings, especially as the inn is easily accessible by car (a large, free car park is just a 2-minute walk from the building).
On Saturdays and Sundays, the full menu is available – treating you to freshly prepared, homemade delicacies. On the other days of the week (except Tuesdays, when the restaurant is closed), the restaurant is open from 11.00 am, offering a slightly smaller selection of dishes. Among the locals, the Pirchnerast is known for its good, reasonably priced food and its cosy atmosphere.
