The redesigned "Café zur Traube" combines a passion for classic Neapolitan cuisine with a relaxed, informal atmosphere and invites you to linger and savour!
Our pizza dough is still prepared according to traditional Neapolitan recipes and, of course, with lots of love. We only use San Marzano tomatoes D.O.P - dell`Agro Sarnese/Nocerino - and original For die Latte mozzarella.
