The restaurant in the Hotel Spielmann combines authentic Tyrolean culinary tradition and modern accents in a relaxed atmosphere with a view of the surrounding mountains around the Zugspitze. In cozy rooms and on the sunny terrace, guests enjoy à-la-carte cuisine with high-quality ingredients from the region, inspired by family recipes and refined with herbs from the own garden. Occasionally, grilling takes place on the terrace in summer, and in autumn, roasted chestnuts are traditionally served. On Sundays, there is an elegant gala dinner. Vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-friendly dishes are, of course, available.
