Description

We, the restaurant Leitenhof in Scheffau, are located a bit outside of the village at the edge of the forest. By car, you simply drive through Scheffau. Thanks to the signs along the road, you cannot miss us.

In summer, we use herbs, flowers, and mushrooms from our own herb garden and the surrounding forests. We also source our meat from local butchers and seasonal fruits and vegetables from the region. We bring the local nature and regional authenticity to the plates in unique and sometimes new ways. Of course, we also try our hand at international cuisine.
A healthy attitude towards food and a respectful handling of it is our highest principle. Enjoy the passion and heart that we put into every dish. Accordingly, we serve exquisite wines from our cellar.

Our restaurant is open from Thursday to Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A prior table reservation is required.
We are also happy to prepare our á la carte menu on request during these days for lunch.

Barbecue evenings with live music (May to October):
Every Sunday at 6:30 p.m., the Hotel Leitenhof invites you to an atmospheric barbecue evening on the spacious terrace. Look forward to warm summer evenings with live music, excellent food, and regional specialties in a unique ambiance. High-quality local products are freshly prepared on the charcoal grill – including pork from our own farm. You can expect great cocktails and a relaxed atmosphere with a breathtaking view.
The price is € 58.00 per person. A table reservation is absolutely necessary to enjoy this special summer evening.
