The Tyrolean cuisine defines our menu. Good food and a friendly atmosphere are traditional. The junior chef cooks himself. He ensures daily that the vegetables are fresh and crisp and that the meat is of the best quality - and who can judge this better than the producer himself? Much of the used vegetables grow on our own fields and are processed on our own farm. The dairy products also come from Stanglhof. Whether we serve you freshly milked milk, schnitzel from happy pigs, or salad rich in vitamins that was just recently cut - with us, you can taste the quality.
