In the traditional Holzmayr bakery in Reutte, Chef Manfred Holzmayr and Nina Wohlmentioned bake delicious bread specialties from regional and – wherever possible – organic ingredients. And they keep creating something new, such as the Lech braid, which Nina twists artistically and reminds a bit of the course of the wild river Lech.
