Today, we - Fabian, Matthias, and Sophia - bring fresh air into these venerable walls. Since 2024, we have been running the established organic vegetable farm with a lot of manual labor, heart, and the commitment to practice sustainable and diverse agriculture. Our goal: healthy soils, fairly produced food, and a vibrant habitat - for people, plants, and animals. Directly from the farm - honest, regional, regenerative, and naturally organic.Fair, Social, Super RegionalOur agriculture stands for fair compensation and social action - surpluses are donated instead of wasted. With short transport routes, we can harvest fresh and ripe produce. Seed and young plants also come from the region as much as possible - ensuring transparency and sustainability from the start.Regenerative Agriculture - for Healthy Soils and Vibrant DiversityRegenerative agriculture aims not only to use the soil but actively to build it up. Through gentle cultivation - mostly by hand, with minimal machine use and without chemical pesticides - soil fertility is improved in the long term. Humus building stores CO2, promotes soil life, and makes the areas more resilient to drought. Small, diversely planted areas provide habitats for insects, birds, and small animals - an important contribution against species extinction. This creates an agriculture that is ecological, climate-friendly, and sustainable for the future.
