The Zanon family from the Franzeler organic farm in Absam sells their farm-grown organic vegetables directly on site every Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. during the summer and autumn months. Potatoes (Erdäpfel) are available for purchase at the farm year-round. All products are offered according to the season and availability and are certified organic quality. A small self-service shop (cash only!) supplies culinary enthusiasts daily from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. with selected products. The Franzeler organic farm is present every Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Schwaz Farmers' Market . The Franzeler organic farm is located on the Culinary Cycling Route, a project where bike paths become paths of enjoyment.
