the Berwanger schnapps distiller family Rosen continues a tradition that has been practiced in Tyrol for half a millennium - the distillation of fine spirits from fruits, roots, and berries.

In addition to typical Tyrolean and Austrian specialties, the Rosen family also produces two unique items that can only be found in Berwang: mountain hay flower brandy and rose hip brandy.

The "souvenir" of a special kind we have for those who stayed at home or for your
own needs: fine distillates and liqueurs from our distillery.

For interested individuals, there is the opportunity to learn the art of schnapps distillation in theory and practice through a course.

Schnapps distillation courses as well as herbal courses available year-round upon request.
