The Cyta in Völs to the west of Innsbruck is the first port of call for several hundred thousand people who live between Innsbruck and the next larger municipality of Telfs in the Tyrolean Oberland.
Similar to the DEZ in Innsbruck, numerous different businesses have settled here on a large area around the actual flagship store since it opened in 1993; numerous restaurants in and around the center ensure that Cyta has also become a popular social meeting place.
Clothing
The Cyta shopping centre near Völs offers an attractive mix of shops and products. The 110 stores have something for everyone and there are numerous cafes and restaurants to enhance those mid-shopping breaks. The Cyta shopping world is located just outside Innsbruck to the west of the city and is quick and easy to get to: the T bus runs to Cyta from Innsbruck and local buses also stop nearby. If arriving by train, the shopping centre is about three minutes from Völs station. The journey by car only takes a few minutes from Innsbruck via the A12 motorway or Kranebitten.
