In our farm shop we offer all our products from our own production:

- Semi-hard cheese made from raw goat's milk (aged for at least 3 months in the rock cellar)
- Hard cheese made from raw goat's milk (aged for at least 6 months in the rock cellar)
- Goaswurzn (smoked sausage)
- Bacon
- Homemade apricot jam
- Homemade elderflower syrup
- Honey from Obergurgl and the Ötztal
- Mead honey from the Ötztal
- Breatl chips from the Fiegl bakery in Huben (Längenfeld)
- Defregger mustard
- Homemade pasta made from semolina
- Various products from the sheep wool center in Umhausen (sheepskins, felt baskets, etc.)

Our 'the white' goat soft cheese was awarded GOLD at the Concours International de Lyon and was also crowned the BEST AUSTRIAN cheese.
