On Wednesday, there will be a tasting evening from 8.00 pm to around 10.00 pm. You must book via the Tourist Board or directly with the distillery. However, you can always arrange further dates by contacting the Gspan family.
Before the tour of the orchard, there is an explanation of the particularly favourable climate that allows peaches, nectarines, grapes, apples, pears, and more to thrive at an altitude of around 1,000 metres.In the distillery, the work of a distiller is demonstrated in detail.In the tasting room, we watch a film featuring unique footage of our region.Seated around a round table, we’ll be introduced to and taste a wide range of spirits.
