The following products can be purchased seven days a week at the HoanzEi farm shop:fresh free-range eggs from the wandering hen (Hoanz-Ei) various types of salt (flower salt, spice salt, herb salt, chili salt) farm-produced honey NOTE:The chickens of the Parger family live in a so-called "egg mobile" – a caravan for chickens. It is a housing system specifically designed for laying hens, allowing the animals unrestricted access to the outdoors. Every 10 days, the chicken trailer is moved to a new location, providing the chickens with fresh greenery and plenty of space to roam.
