The following products can be purchased at the HoanzEi farm shop:Fresh free-range eggs from the wandering hen (Hoanz-Ei), pasta (spirals, tortiglioni, horns, and flat noodles (flat noodles are made from spelt flour) produced from the eggs of the Tulfer wandering hens), and various types of salt (flower salt, spice salt, herb salt, chili salt), as well as home-produced honey, can be purchased seven days a week. In autumn/winter, the following products are available:- Apple juice- Apples- Honey products: beeswax wraps, propolis drops, and lip balm NOTE:The chickens of the Parger family live in a so-called "egg mobile" – a trailer for chickens. It is a housing system specifically for laying hens that allows the animals to be let out into the open air without restrictions. Every 10 days, the chicken trailer is moved to a new location, giving the chickens fresh greens and plenty of space to roam.
