The Birkenhof is situated between Radfeld and Kundl and surrounded by green fields and meadows!

The goslings are reared with love and once they are big enough spend their days on the lush green meadows around the Birkenhof. Come evening, they are brought into the barn and can feed on locally grown grain meal. This natural farming method ensures the Hirner family rear their geese to provide an exclusive, delicious top product offering better taste and diminshed roasting loss. The Tiroler Martinigansl is available at the Birken farm as from the beginning of November by order only!
