Whether in the summer as a refreshing "must splash" or in the cold season as a warming "Glühost" as well as on the menu as a hearty "Mostschaumsuppe" - Simon's Most-Genuss stands for the highest quality. This was confirmed at the international tasting, "Mostbarkeiten-Alpen Adria 2015" in Carinthia, among other things with the award of the gold medal.
Since 2008, the young farmer, Simon Nothdurfter, has been operating in the Stanzer Zwetschke Pleasure Region an agriculture focusing on fruit growing and its processing. He has made it his mission to force the Spänling, a rarity in the Tyrolean Oberland. In addition to the must, he also produces apple juice, wine, apple vinegar, Spänlingessig and the, already known, "Giggus".
